Holidays 2.0

In this blog you will find extra activities to complement the work on unit 6 “Holidays” The activities present in the blog are the following:

Vocabulary: We will work in a treasure hunt with vocabulary about means of transport and holiday activities.

Grammar: in this unit you will learn and practice the Past Simple tense, in this page you will get a lot of practice with this tense. You’ll work with regular and irregular verbs with quizzes and tests that will we provided by the teacher.

Communication: we will learn the different ways to tell somebody about your trip and then you will write about your trip.

In each activity the teacher will be your guide and will help you in how to work in the blog, but you are responsible to make your own trip in this page and learn and practice everything that the teacher posts in this e-learning blog.

Remember that the final grade for the third trimester depends on how well you work in this blog.

How do you work in this blog?

In the title of the post you find between square brackets  [ ] the way you'll solve the activity. These words between brackets are "Tags".

The list of tags you'll find are the following (in the future you can find new tags)

[Comments]: when you see this tag, you will have to solve the activity in the comment section of the post. To enter this, you have to click the balloon.

When you enter the comment section, you have to:

1) Write the answer to your activity

2) Select "Guest"

3) Give your e-mail.

4) Write your full name.

5) Hit "post comment."

[E-mail]: when you see this tag you have to solve the activity and then send it to the teacher. The teacher's e-mail address is juanceprez@gmail.com. The teacher can send you an e-mail with corrections. When you see this e-mail, you have to correct the mistakes you made and send it again.

[Homework]: when you see this tag you have to solve the activity, and post it in the comment section. The teacher will make comments to improve the activity and the students have to correct the post and post it again.

[Social]: this tag means that the activity has to be solved in pairs.

[Collaboration]: in this kind of activity the teacher gives the opening line and students have to follow the activity.
